How To Apply For Your 329 Card In Hawaii Cannabis Card

1. 1. 1. Schedule Your Appointment
         Call Greener Healing Ways at (808) 889-1822 to book your medical cannabis certification appointment.
      2. Complete Your Online Application
         Visit the Hawaiʻi Medical Cannabis Registry to create your account, complete the application, and pay the state fees. 
      3. One the first page of the application,  you will need to enter our provider’s name.
      4. • Page 1 (Provider):
           • First Name: Paola
           • Last Name: Abaro
         • Page 2: Enter your personal info (address, demographics, etc.), then click Save Application.
         • Continue the application and upload a copy of your government-issued ID.
         • On the final review page, confirm your information, pay the $38.50 DOH fee, and submit.

      5. Attend Your Telehealth Appointment
         Meet with our certified provider for a quick, confidential evaluation. All appointments are conducted by telephone—no video required.
      6. Wait for State Approval
         The Hawaiʻi Department of Health reviews your application and sends an email notification once your 329 Card is approved.
      7. Download Your Card
         Log back in to your Medical Cannabis Registry account to download and print your 329 Card. You’ll have immediate access as soon as it’s approved—no waiting for mail delivery.
      8. Keep Your Card Handy
         You must carry a printed or digital copy of your valid 329 Card whenever you possess or purchase medical cannabis in Hawaiʻi.
